A Story Of Growth
1987
Wythe Properties originated in Raleigh as a real estate development firm founded by our current CEO. The name was inspired by a revered patriot's residence in Colonial Williamsburg.
1990
Wythe Properties became a Coldwell Banker
franchisee and was re-named Coldwell Banker Wythe.
2011
Coldwell Banker Advantage and Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage together create the Advantage Family of Companies Enterprise, spanning over 35 offices and over 1100 agents across the Triangle, Eastern North Carolina, and parts of South Carolina.
2019
Coldwell Banker Triad, REALTORS® joined forces with Coldwell Banker Advantage adopting the Advantage name and welcoming 5 additional offices and nearly 300 agents.
